Get your AI key

AI scenes run on your own account with one of the leading AI image services. You choose the service, you pay it directly — no markup — and your clients' photos never pass through us.

Where to start — open Admin → AI Generation. Every supported service is listed there with a short description and a link to the page where you create its key.

1. Create your key

  1. In Admin → AI Generation (and its More AI providers screen), pick a service and tap its link to open the service's website.
  2. Sign in or create an account, create an API key and copy it.
  3. Add a payment method if the service asks for one, and set a monthly budget or usage limit so you always know what you spend.

2. Paste it in the app

  1. Back in Admin → AI Generation, paste the key in that service's field and save it.
  2. Tap Test connection. A green check means you're ready.
  3. Choose the model if the service offers several: faster models suit a busy booth, higher-quality ones suit portrait sessions. The app shows an estimated cost per image.
  4. The first time, the app asks for permission before any photo is sent and lists the companies that will receive it.

3. Add a backup: automatic fallback

Add keys for two or more services, choose your main one and turn on automatic fallback. If a service times out, has an outage or declines a photo (safety filters differ, especially with children or close-ups), the app tries the next service with a key — guests just see their result.

If one service often declines photos at your kind of events, make another one your main service.

Newspaper texts — the optional AI-written newspaper stories need a service that writes text; Admin shows which ones do. Without one, the ready-made texts fill the page.

Keep it safe

  • Keys are stored in the iPad's Keychain and sent only to their own service.
  • Never share a key in screenshots. If one leaks, delete it in the service's console and create a new one.
  • Set a spending limit — a busy wedding is usually a few dollars of AI.
  • Giving the iPad to someone else? Admin → Admin Settings → Factory reset erases every key and setting.
