Connect your camera over Wi‑Fi

Your camera sends every JPEG straight into the app over Wi‑Fi using FTP. You set it up once per camera; after that you just shoot.

The values to type into the camera — they are also shown, filled in, in the app under Admin → Camera Setup Guide.

No FTP on your camera?

  • Transfer with Canon Camera Connect, Sony Creators' App, Nikon SnapBridge or Fujifilm XApp, then turn on Import new photos saved to Photos on the Receive tab. iPhone/iPad photos and screenshots are ignored.
  • From any phone or laptop: scan the QR on the Receive tab and upload from the browser.

If nothing arrives — read the Log on the Receive tab

  • Nothing in the Log when you shoot → camera and iPad are on different networks, the server address is mistyped, or FTP Function is off.
  • “AUTH TLS” → the camera has Secure Protocol / FTPS on. Turn it off.
  • “530 Login incorrect” → user or password mistyped.
  • “STOR” but never “Received” → turn Passive Mode on; check the router isn't isolating devices (guest networks often do).
  • “Ignored (not an image)” → the camera sends RAW. Set transfer to JPEG.
  • FTP↑ blinking on the camera → the iPad is asleep or the app is closed.
  • Faster transfers: JPEG size M (≈ 24 MP), quality Fine — 2–3 s instead of ~10 s for 60 MP.
