A QR code that works anywhere
The QR on the delivery screen is a link to the photo. Where that link lives decides who can open it.
Without hosting: a local link
By default the iPad serves the photo itself, with a link like http://192.168.1.47:8080/…. It only opens for phones on the same Wi‑Fi. A guest on cellular data scans it and sees nothing.
That's why the app shows an orange notice under a local QR. Add the venue's guest Wi‑Fi name and password in Admin → Sharing & Output → Share channels and the screen tells guests exactly which network to join.
With free ImgBB hosting: works anywhere
- Create a free account at api.imgbb.com and copy your API key.
- In the app: Admin → Hosting, SMS & Email → ImgBB API key → paste.
- Now every QR is a public https link that opens on Wi‑Fi or cellular. Links are unlisted; only people with the QR can see the photo.
Your own server
Already run a booth upload script on your domain? Put its URL and shared secret in the same screen; ImgBB becomes the fallback. Hosting on your own domain also makes WhatsApp media via Twilio deliver more reliably.
